Job Description

As part of the Regional Product Operations team for Video & Live Streaming, you will work closely with both local teams and regional Product Managers to ensure smooth execution and localization of product features. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Act as the bridge between regional product managers and local markets to assess product feature requirements from both business and user perspectives.
  • Coordinate the communication and rollout of new feature developments, including proposal reviews, UAT, A/B testing, deployment, and issue resolution.
  • Support end-to-end product operations, including project planning, execution, performance tracking, and stakeholder reporting.
  • Manage internal requests and ensure timely and high-quality completion of daily workflow tasks.
  • Conduct regular research and analysis on video and live streaming market trends, including trending content, formats, and effects across regions.
  • Collaborate with developers and product managers to continuously enhance feature performance and user experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or above in any discipline; majors in Product Management, Business, Media, or related fields are preferred.
  • 1 year and above of relevant experience in product management, live streaming, short video, content, or advertising products is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in English is required. Familiarity with Chinese or other Southeast Asian languages is a plus, to support cross-border communication.
  • Strong interest and understanding of short videos and live streaming content, with hands-on experience in content creation, video shooting, or editing preferred.
  • In-depth awareness of Southeast Asian cultural and content trends.
  • Proven ability to thrive in dynamic environments with a track record of delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and takes strong ownership of responsibilities.
  • Solid analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting is a plus.
