Job Description
- Lead payroll forecasting, budgeting, and workforce planning activities across SEA markets
- Maintain and enhance payroll reporting models to improve accuracy, efficiency, and decision-making
- Partner closely with HR and business stakeholders to track employee movements and workforce costs
- Analyse payroll and headcount variances, providing meaningful commentary and recommendations
- Support operating expense forecasting by integrating workforce-related costs into financial planning processes
- Assist in business initiatives, including organisational changes, workforce expansion, and acquisition-related assessments
- Deliver management insights on payroll trends, productivity, and profitability to support commercial decisions
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of exposure to payroll cost analysis, workforce planning, headcount reporting, or employee-related financial data within a multinational environment
- Strong financial modelling, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to manage large and complex datasets
- Experience working with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner across finance, HR, and business functions
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
