Role Description:
The Regional Marketing Director is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across a specific geographic region. This senior leadership role drives brand growth, market penetration, and revenue generation by leading regional marketing initiatives and coordinating with local teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional marketing strategies aligned with overall company goals.
- Lead and manage regional marketing teams, ensuring effective execution of campaigns and initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities and risks.
- Oversee branding, advertising, digital marketing, and promotional activities within the region.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and corporate marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistency.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI of marketing initiatives; optimize strategies accordingly.
- Manage regional marketing budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
- Conduct regional business reviews, presenting results and recommendations to executive leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably at a regional level.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy, digital marketing, brand management, and campaign execution.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
