About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Managing Director to lead, expand, and grow our food enterprise across Singapore and Australia. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our brand, strengthening our presence in both markets, and driving long-term success in the restaurant and food business sector. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with proven expertise in scaling restaurant operations, building market presence, and delivering strong financial results.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Growth & Expansion

. Develop and execute regional business strategies to grow market share in Singapore and Australia.

. Identify opportunities for new store openings, partnerships, and product innovations.

. Drive regional brand awareness and positioning to stay ahead of market trends.

Operational Excellence

. Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and consistency.

. Set and monitor KPIs for revenue, profitability, COGS, and customer satisfaction.

. Implement best practices in food quality, supply chain management, and service standards.

Business Development & Partnerships

. Build and strengthen partnerships with suppliers, distributors, and business collaborators.

. Explore franchising, licensing, or joint venture opportunities to scale operations.

. Lead negotiations and secure strategic deals to support growth in both countries.

Financial Leadership

. Manage P&L across regional operations, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.

. Optimize cost structures while maintaining high product and service quality.

. Drive investment strategies and assess funding opportunities for expansion.

Team Leadership & Culture

. Inspire, mentor, and develop high-performing teams across Singapore and Australia.

. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer focus.

. Align regional teams with the company's overall mission and long-term goals.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven track record as a Managing Director, Regional Director, or Senior Executive
• Solid financial acumen with the ability to manage P&L and drive profitability.
• Deep understanding of consumer behavior and food trends in Asia-Pacific markets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance innovation with operational discipline.
