• You are operationally astute and process oriented, having led complex commercial transactions (licensing, distribution, M&A and other collaborations) across the value chain.
• You are a future focused and strategic enabler to your executive stakeholders, not merely content with the status quo.
• You are a people-centric leader who fosters a purpose-driven, high-performing and AI-leveraged team culture. Developing core competencies and future skills will be your lasting mark on organization bench strength.
• You have a credible point of view how to drive and protect our extensive regional Intellectual Property portfolio including proactive enforcement actions, design and implement strategies for antitrust and data privacy compliance, provide the legal umbrella for all other aspects of compliance and risk, dispute resolutions and the region's corporate secretariat and board affairs.
• A Bachelor or Master of Laws (LLB/LLM) from a globally accredited university with at least 18 years of relevant post qualification experience and a proven track record of managing direct reports and/or successfully leading cross-border teams.
