Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Operations to execute online events and activities, enhancing localization and improving both the quantity and quality of voice rooms.
- Manage KTV hosts, monitor performance, and develop long-term business relationships.
- Provide consistent follow-up to ensure issues and concerns are fully resolved.
- Keep management updated on account status, challenges, and plans, involving senior personnel when necessary.
- Collect and analyze competitive insights from various channels to support strategy development.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and communities.
- Strong cultural understanding of Taiwanese communities to support market-specific engagement and initiatives.
- Presentable, motivated, adaptable, and strong in problem-solving.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Experience in the livestream or internet industry is an advantage.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
