Job Description

Provide IT support to Japanese-speaking end users and remote regional teams, managing Microsoft 365, Azure, hardware, software, and network issues. Handle installations, onboarding/offboarding, and system maintenance, ensuring smooth operations. Must possess strong problem-solving skills, customer focus, and a valid Japanese language proficiency certification.

  • Provide technical support to end users, including Japanese-speaking staff and remote regional teams.

  • Administer on-premise and cloud systems (Microsoft 365, Azure), including user accounts and permissions.

  • Respond to IT support requests via in-person, phone, ticketing system, or remote assistance.

  • Install, configure, and deploy computers, laptops, printers, software, and other IT equipment locally and regionally.

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues collaborate with Network team for connectivity support.

  • Perform smart hand support for basic network device installation and deployment.

  • Maintain and update computer systems, servers, and IT equipment with latest patches and updates.

  • Ensure smooth onboarding/offboarding processes for all users across local and regional sites.

  • Provide clear communication, documentation, and user guidance to enhance IT service experience.
