Provide IT support to Japanese-speaking end users and remote regional teams, managing Microsoft 365, Azure, hardware, software, and network issues. Handle installations, onboarding/offboarding, and system maintenance, ensuring smooth operations. Must possess strong problem-solving skills, customer focus, and a valid Japanese language proficiency certification.
Provide technical support to end users, including Japanese-speaking staff and remote regional teams.
Administer on-premise and cloud systems (Microsoft 365, Azure), including user accounts and permissions.
Respond to IT support requests via in-person, phone, ticketing system, or remote assistance.
Install, configure, and deploy computers, laptops, printers, software, and other IT equipment locally and regionally.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues collaborate with Network team for connectivity support.
Perform smart hand support for basic network device installation and deployment.
Maintain and update computer systems, servers, and IT equipment with latest patches and updates.
Ensure smooth onboarding/offboarding processes for all users across local and regional sites.
Provide clear communication, documentation, and user guidance to enhance IT service experience.
