What you&aposll do
Talent Acquisition & Internship Program
- Be responsible for the Internship Program in the Regional Office.
- This includes candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offer letters.
- Serve as the main point of contact for interns, ensuring a positive and seamless experience from recruitment, onboarding, and through to offboarding.
- Assist the Regional HR Manager in various recruitment activities, such as posting job descriptions, managing applicant tracking, and providing administrative support.
- Maintain and update the talent database for future pipelining initiatives.
- Leverage technology for a smoother onboarding process, such as using online videos to guide interns on how to use company systems.
Employer Branding & Employee Engagement
- Contribute to the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in the region.
- Work closely with the Regional Corporate Communications Team to create engaging content for internal and external communication channels, such as social media and the career page.
- Provide logistical and administrative support for employee engagement activities at the Regional Office.
Corporate Events
- Assist in the planning, logistics, and execution of the Company Annual Leadership Conference and Awards Ceremony.
- Support with event coordination tasks, including vendor communication, venue management, and creating event materials.
What an ideal profile will look like
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience in event planning or HR is a plus, but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic team environment.
- High level of initiative, a positive attitude, and a strong sense of discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Effective time management skills to enable delivery of a busy and varied workload.
- Able to commit to the internship from September to December 2025
