Recruitment & Onboarding:
. Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for assigned business units to ensure smooth integration
of new hire into the organization.
Employee Engagement & Development:
. Build and promote employee engagement, champion of employee and organisational change management
and development activities.
. Establish strong & influential relationships with leaders and managers in your client group, provide sound
advice, support and guidance aligned with HR & business strategy.
. Act as a representative agent for Epson Singapore HR to correspond to HR-related inquiries logged in the
process improvement system (Epson Support Hub), and support with workplace issues.
. Resolve employee concerns and conflicts, ensure fair and consistent application of company policies.
. Coordinate employee development programs to build and enhance job related skills and competencies.
Performance Management:
. Monitor and support reporting for regional performance management and regional promotion cycles.
. Provide support for disciplinary cases and improvement plans for underperforming employees.
HR Services & Compliance:
. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation align with personal data protection governance.
. Responsible for HR deliverables for the business units and ensure all the HR initiatives are performed in
. accordance with HR guidelines and compliance with countries laws and regulations while balancing the
. specific needs of business operations.
