. I support my customers with performance-led workforce planning to enable succession.

. I support the delivery and execution of Group talent development and succession frameworks, enabling people to perform at their best

. I conduct training and development programs for my customers.

. I report on all major workplace issues and assist in creating People First solutions.

. I maintain current knowledge of COG policies and industry trends.
