Job Description
- Collaborate with business leaders to implement HR strategies that support organisational objectives.
- Provide expert advice on employee relations, talent acquisition, and workforce planning.
- Analyse HR metrics and recommend solutions to improve performance and employee engagement.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee development and retention.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies in all HR activities.
- Manage the performance review process and support managers in delivering constructive feedback.
- Lead change management efforts to align teams with evolving business needs.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related majors.
- At least 5 years of proven HR business partnering experience, preferably in large organisation.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to influence stakeholders effectively.
- A track record of driving successful talent and organisational development initiatives.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
