Morgan McKinley is partnering with a client to hire for a Regional Financial Controller to lead and manage their APAC finance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the APAC finance team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
- Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and treasury activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for Singapore, Indonesia, and China operations.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls and compliance with local statutory requirements.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with regional business leaders to support operational decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/ACCA preferred.
- 8+ years of finance experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing a multi-country team.
- Strong knowledge of local accounting standards and regulations in Singapore, Indonesia, and China.
- Hands-on experience in accounting, reporting, and finance operations; execution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to manage and develop a diverse team.
