This is an ambitious international food ingredients group recognised for sales, distribution, and manufacturing presence across the Asia Pacific region. They are committed to innovation and excellence driving their growth, and with this, there is a newly created opportunity for a regional finance lead to spearhead finance activities in the region.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Group CFO and Regional Managing Director, the finance lead will manage all accounting, finance, tax, budgeting and controlling activities for the Asia region, which includes affiliates in Southeast Asia and Singapore. Collaborating with the stakeholders in both commercial and operations, the finance lead will provide insightful analysis to aid in decision making, whether in commercial success or operational efficiency. Managing a team of analysts and accounts in the region, the finance lead will foster a high-performing environment.

Requirements
The successful candidate must be a degree holder in a finance or business discipline, a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with minimum of 7 years experience in managerial capacities in Asia. As the size of the organisation in Asia is still growing, those with experience in end-to-end finance responsibilities in small to mid-sized firms will have a distinct advantage. You will be best described as operationally hands-on, yet a strategic thinker with exceptional skills in problem-solving.
