Responsibilities
- Support regional controllers in managing and animating regional finance community
- Assist with month end closing activities in alignment with Group guidelines
- Produce monthly and quarterly reports to support business monitoring
- Follow up, both financial and non financial events, through common KPI's
- Capable of understanding and supporting the process of Forecasting and Financial Planning.
- Implement, document and maintain adequate and effective internal controls.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor degree in the Financial field
Business Expertise
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Accounting, Financial Controlling
- Experience in SAP (S4 Hana) preferred
- Proficient in Excel and financial modelling (Power BI, power queries, etc) is preferred.
- Expertise in financial reporting in a Group environment and in monthly financial & accounting processes

- Strong analytical skills, self-motivated with ability to work accurately and to tight deadlines
- Demonstrated problem solving skills and ability to automate complex processes
