Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support regional controllers in managing and animating regional finance community
  • Assist with month end closing activities in alignment with Group guidelines
  • Produce monthly and quarterly reports to support business monitoring
  • Follow up, both financial and non financial events, through common KPI's
  • Capable of understanding and supporting the process of Forecasting and Financial Planning.
  • Implement, document and maintain adequate and effective internal controls.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in the Financial field

Business Expertise

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Accounting, Financial Controlling
  • Experience in SAP (S4 Hana) preferred
  • Proficient in Excel and financial modelling (Power BI, power queries, etc) is preferred.
  • Expertise in financial reporting in a Group environment and in monthly financial & accounting processes

  • Strong analytical skills, self-motivated with ability to work accurately and to tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills and ability to automate complex processes
  • Proactive and team player mindset
  • excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with Group, Regional and Local teams
