Their Singapore office is expanding and looking for a talented Finance Analyst to join the team.
Job Description
- Prepare, consolidate, and analyse financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports
- Collaborate with country and cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes
- Monitor key financial performance indicators, including working capital, cash flow, and treasury metrics, focusing on cash conversion cycle, DSO, DPO, and DIO
- Develop actual and forecast cash flow reporting and analysis, ensuring alignment with project timelines and business needs
- Support treasury operations, including cash flow projections, liquidity management, and cash optimisation strategies
- Develop business cases, financial models, and presentations for senior management and board reviews
- Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making, cost efficiencies, and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies, and assist in internal and external audits
- Participate in ad hoc projects, system implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (local universities preferred: SMU, NTU, NUS)
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in finance, FP&A, or treasury
- Proficient in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and provide actionable insights
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to process improvements
