This is a regional controlling and leadership role offering broad exposure across APAC markets within a fast-paced and matrix organisation. The position combines financial stewardship with strategic business partnering, playing a critical role in driving performance, insight and value creation.

Description

• Lead regional financial control, management reporting, forecasting and budgeting across APAC
  
  

Serve as a trusted strategic finance partner to operations leadership, shaping decision-making and performance outcomes

Deliver high-quality performance analysis, cost optimisation insight and forward-looking commercial recommendations

Ensure robust governance through oversight of management reporting, contractual compliance and audit preparedness

Design and enhance KPIs, dashboards and compelling financial narratives for both internal stakeholders and clients

Support commercial planning through proactive risk identification, opportunity assessment and value creation initiatives

Profile

• Degree-qualified finance professional with a recognised accounting qualification
• 8+ years experience across financial control and business partnering
• Strong analytical capability with hands-on financial modelling experience
• Proven ability to influence and challenge senior non-finance stakeholders
• Experience improving reporting standards and financial planning processes
• Confident communicator able to simplify complex financial concepts
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in evolving environments
