Job Description

As a Demand Generation Professional, you will devise and execute joint marketing strategies with Global Service partners, driving partnership growth and integration. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders, including Partner Managing Directors, to develop and execute co-planned strategies and initiatives.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

. Partnership Strategy Development: Articulate and drive partnership strategies to support 3-year partnership growth targets, developing partner growth plans cross-functionally.

. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with global, geography, and market marketing teams, as well as other discipline teams, for local execution and strategic campaign alignment.

. Joint Marketing Execution: Drive Strategic, Service, and Technology partner integration, including sponsorship opportunities at flagship events to elevate joint brand visibility and generate demand.

. Demand Strategy Ownership: Own the demand strategy and execution for segmentation-led initiatives across Strategic and Service Partners, leveraging insights and data to identify growth opportunities.

. Performance Management: Measure, analyze, and report on the impact and outcomes of Strategic and Service Partner marketing plans, evaluating performance and delivering post-event insights.

Requirements:
. Demand Strategy Development: Experience with devising and executing joint marketing strategies to support partnership growth targets, developing partner growth plans cross-functionally.

. Partnership Growth Planning: Deep expertise in articulating and driving partnership strategies to achieve 3-year growth targets, including co-planning with Partner Managing Directors.

. Joint Marketing Execution: Experience with driving Strategic, Service, and Technology partner integration, including sponsorship opportunities at flagship events to elevate joint brand visibility.

. Data-Driven Insights: Experience with leveraging insights and data to identify growth opportunities for IBM and Strategic and Service Partners, informing future strategies and improving ROI.

. Performance Optimization: Experience with measuring, analyzing, and reporting on the impact and outcomes of Strategic and Service Partner marketing plans, evaluating performance and delivering post-event insights.

. Marketing Automation Tools: Experience with marketing automation platforms to drive joint marketing strategies and execute segmentation-led initiatives.

. Data Analysis Skills: Ability to leverage insights and data to identify growth opportunities and inform future strategies.

. Event Management Software: Familiarity with event management tools to seamlessly execute flagship events and thought leadership activities.
