Job Description
- Lead regional financial control, management reporting, forecasting and budgeting across APAC
- Serve as a trusted strategic finance partner to operations leadership, shaping decision-making and performance outcomes
- Deliver high-quality performance analysis, cost optimisation insight and forward-looking commercial recommendations
- Ensure robust governance through oversight of management reporting, contractual compliance and audit preparedness
- Design and enhance KPIs, dashboards and compelling financial narratives for both internal stakeholders and clients
- Support commercial planning through proactive risk identification, opportunity assessment and value creation initiatives
The Successful Applicant
- Degree-qualified finance professional with a recognised accounting qualification
- 8+ years experience across financial control and business partnering
- Strong analytical capability with hands-on financial modelling experience
- Proven ability to influence and challenge senior non-finance stakeholders
- Experience improving reporting standards and financial planning processes
- Confident communicator able to simplify complex financial concepts
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in evolving environments
