Job Details
- Responsible for designing and implementing customized logistics solutions for clients across Asia.
- Key duties include reviewing tender documents related to warehousing, transportation, and value-added services to evaluate client requirements and operational needs.
- Develops end-to-end operational models and conducts detailed resource planning in areas such as space utilization, facility layout, MHE (material handling equipment), and workforce planning (FTE).
- Works closely with local partners, sourcing and managing relationships to ensure regional capabilities are aligned with project needs.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in 3PL solution design or logistics engineering.
- Strong knowledge of the Asia regional 3PL logistics market, including geographic, industry, and commercial dynamics.
- Established network of local functional partners, especially in specialized areas such as cold-chain logistics, free zones, and DG (dangerous goods) operations.
- The ideal candidate should demonstrate strategic thinking, strong technical logistics expertise, and a solid presence in the regional supply chain ecosystem.
