Job Description
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role sits on the regional leadership team with end‑to‑end commercial accountability across multiple markets. You will lead and develop a regional commercial team, shape market strategy, elevate brand execution, and unlock sustainable growth in complex, distributor‑led environments-while preserving and enhancing prestige brand equity.
The Successful Applicant
You bring more than a decade of regional commercial leadership with a strong track record in premium or prestige consumer brands. Commercially rigorous and strategically minded, you excel at managing and influencing strong, independent distributors while safeguarding brand equity through thoughtful premiumisation and storytelling. Comfortable operating at pace, you are hands‑on, resilient, and effective in complex, cross‑cultural environments, with the mobility and adaptability required to succeed in a highly dynamic, multi‑market regional role.
