Responsibilities
We are looking for a driven Regional Commercial Lead to lead regional growth and profitability through structured business development, pricing strategy, and solution design.
- Support cross-border logistics opportunities, strengthens internal alignment across markets, and develops scalable commercial processes
- Drive revenue growth and profit margin improvement across regional transportation markets
- Lead solution design and pricing strategy for large-scale, multi-country logistics projects
- Collaborate with sales and sector teams to develop tailored solutions and grow the business pipeline
- Support key client meetings for strategic opportunities
- Develop efficient and digitalised sales and pricing workflows to enable business scalability
- Contribute to product innovation through market feedback and customer insights
- Implement revenue management practices including pricing adjustments and surcharge frameworks.
Requirements
- Tertiary education in business, logistics or any relevant discipline would be an advantageAt least 5 to 8 years of experience in the logistics or transportation industry, with regional exposure
- .Driven and sales-oriented mindset, with strong business acumen
- Ability to identify opportunities, build rapport with relevant stakeholders, and negotiate business deals to achieve desired outcomes
- Strong customer focus, process-driven with good attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple opportunities concurrently
- Excellent understanding of business culture in the Southeast Asia and APAC region.
