Responsibilities
Client Retention & Growth
- Expand and deepen customer relationships through long-term joint business plans and regular engagement.
- Lead cross-functional account teams and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Oversee contract renewals, ensure accurate documentation, and align strategies with customer needs.
- Identify and drive new business, market entries, and account expansion opportunities.
Operational Excellence
- Align operational requirements with IT and operations support.
- Manage escalations, compliance issues, and cross-regional coordination.
- Standardize KPIs, SOPs, and processes across markets.
Profitability & Commercials
- Enhance margins with value-based pricing and effective commercial management.
- Support customer negotiations, contracts, and approvals.
Customer Experience
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships, supported by executive sponsors.
- Lead quarterly and annual business reviews with customers.
- Serve as the main contact for regional customer stakeholders.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Identify and scale best practices across countries.
- Introduce innovation, analytics, and continuous improvement into account plans.
Account Leadership
- Build and manage cross-functional account communities.
- Collaborate across divisions to ensure a group-wide view of customer accounts.
Requirements
- 6+ years experience in logistics and supply chain operations.
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-country accounts in a matrix environment.
- Demonstrated success in customer growth, contract management, and operational performance.
- Strong influencing, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills at senior levels.
- Process-oriented, collaborative, and consultative approach.
