Job Description

As Regional Channel Partner Specialist, you will serve as the primary link between our commercial team and our region network of distributors, reseller and dealers. Your mission is to scale our market presence by empowering partners with the technical knowledge, sales tools, and strategic support they need to succeed. The role is task to manage the entire partner lifecycle from scouting and onboarding new partners to driving revenue growth within established accounts.

  • Network Strategy & Growth: Identify, recruit, and onboard high-performing channel partners in key geographic territories. Develop and execute strategic channel programs to drive significant sales growth and market share expansion through partner networks.
  • Performance Management: Establish clear performance metrics and goals for each partner, aligned with overall channel objectives. Regularly monitor partner performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Technical & Sales Enablement: Coordinate with the internal team to provide partners with deep-dive training product and services.
  • Relationship Building & Advocacy: Build strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers within partner organizations. Proactively identify and address partner challenges and roadblocks to ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Market Analysis & Reporting: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions that may impact the channel landscape. Analyse partner performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Generate comprehensive reports on channel performance, including sales results, pipeline metrics, and partner satisfaction levels.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Regional & Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of the SEA market, including cultural and market-specific nuances. Deep industry and business knowledge with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Project Management: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to meet deadlines and complete assignments under limited supervision.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross functional teams (Direct sales, marketing, operation, finance) to resolve any product technical and commercial issues to support partner success
  • Communication: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical: Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills with the ability to identify and address complex channel challenges to enable synergies within the region and cross-functional teams to build synergy and strong partnership for success.
  • Independent: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and work independently with minimal supervision.

Educational & Experience Requirement

  • Bachelors degree in business management or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in channel management, with a proven track record of success in driving significant revenue growth through partner networks. Prior sales experience and track records will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in CRM system
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
