We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial, retail, F&B, and office fit-out projects.
Job Responsibilities:
. Implement and provide directions in project planning, coordinate works, liaise with clients and consultants, ensures overall progresses based on schedules.
. Manage to work on multiple projects.
. Coordinate with the drafting department with regards to the preparation/ submission/ approval of shop and as-built drawings.
. Liaise with client's representatives with regards to all site matters, attend site meeting if required.
. Organize subcontractors to survey and carry out all stages of work.
. Prepare work schedule, project supervision and documentation related to the project.
. Assist in the preparation of tender documentation and pricing.
. Manage final inspections, testing & commissioning, and defect rectifications.
. Prepare handover documentation including as-built drawings, warranties, and O&M manuals.
. Conduct post-project evaluations to improve future project delivery.
Job Requirements:
. Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Building, Construction Management, or related field.
. Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out, design & build, or construction project management.
. Experience in commercial, retail, F&B, hospitality, or office fit-out projects is preferred.
. Excellent communication skills.
. Good knowledge of local codes, building regulations, and authority submission processes.
Others:
. Familiar with BCA, SCDF, NEA, PUB, URA requirements.
. WSQ Apply Workplace Safety and Health in Construction Sites (formerly CSOC) certification is an advantage.
. Team player with strong problem-solving and client management skills.
