Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate strategic opportunities into clear, actionable plans and ensure effective execution.
Proactively identify potential risks and challenges, and implement mitigation strategies to support smooth and successful delivery.
Leverage internal data on costs and product profitability to generate insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Business, or a related field is required.
Minimum 3 year of experience in a business planning/strategy/consulting/product management role, ideally within the fintech, retail banking, or broader financial services industry.
Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate structured and analytical approach to problem-solving. Being proactive, resourceful, and eager to take initiative.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Able to effectively present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences, and collaborate across different teams and with external partners.
Core Competencies: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and quantitative skills are also required.
