Position Summary
We are seeking two highly analytical and strategically minded Business Analysis Experts to join our APAC Strategy Team. Based in Singapore, you will play a core role in strategic planning, commercial analysis, and operational optimization across the region. This role is akin to a management consultant, but with a strong emphasis on execution and cross-functional collaboration to drive real business impact. You will identify growth opportunities, diagnose performance issues, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership, helping to scale our business with precision and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Research & Planning:
- Participate in the development of medium-to-long-term strategies for the APAC region and key markets, including industry trend research and competitive landscape analysis.
- Design and drive the implementation of critical strategic projects from conception to measurable outcomes.
- Commercial & Operational Analysis:
- Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of the regional business analysis framework.
- Track and analyze core business metrics to identify performance gaps, diagnose root causes, and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Executive Communication & Reporting:
- Prepare high-quality strategic research reports, analytical presentations, and actionable recommendations for regional management.
- Actively participate in executive-level discussions, presenting findings and facilitating strategic decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Science, or a related field. An MBA is a strong plus.
- Experience: 3-5 years of full-time work experience, with a proven track record in at least two of the following three areas:
- Independently executing commercial or operational analysis (e.g., identifying causes of metric anomalies and recommending solutions).
- Conducting market research and translating findings into actionable business insights.
- Participating in strategic planning (at least one major module of the process).
- Target Background (Preferred):
- Top-tier strategy/management consulting firms (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Roland Berger, AT Kearney, Big 4 strategy advisory) with titles such as Business Analyst, Associate, or Consultant.
- Strategy, business analysis, or commercial analysis functions at leading internet or financial services companies.
- Strategic research roles at crypto exchanges or fintech platforms.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in CFD, derivatives, online trading, or crypto is a strong advantage.
- Language: Full professional fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Mandarin is highly advantageous for cross-regional collaboration.
- Location & Eligibility: Must be based in Singapore and hold Singaporean citizenship or Permanent Residency (PR).
