• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for portfolio expansion.

• Oversee the continuous review and enhancement of policy documentation and marketing collateral.

• Relevant professional insurance certifications, including a Certificate in Health Insurance.

• Proven track record in business development within the Singapore insurance sector, specifically in medical or healthcare lines.

• Strong technical competency in underwriting principles and risk assessment.
