Regional Business Development Manager (Supplements/Health Industry)
Based in Singapore | Full-Time | Regional Focus (must be able to travel)
We are a fast-growing supplement brand based in Singapore, with millions in sales and rapid growth in Southeast Asia. Were now expanding beyond SEA, and were looking for a driven, strategic, and entrepreneurial Regional Business Development Manager to lead our expansion efforts.
Jobscope:
- Identify and evaluate new international markets for our health and supplement products (e.g. Malaysia, Indonesia, Middle East, UK).
- Pitch to and secure partnerships with overseas distributors, retailers, resellers, or e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Watsons, pharmacies, etc)
- Negotiate deals, set pricing strategies, and onboard new clients.
- Work with internal teams (regulatory, supply chain, marketing) to ensure smooth launch in new countries.
- Monitor sales performance and drive revenue growth in each region.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with overseas partners.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor&aposs Degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related fields
- At least 3 years of experience in business development, international sales, or export (preferably in supplements, FMCG, beauty, or health industries)
- Strong understanding of Southeast Asia and/or global markets (e.g., Malaysia, Indonesia, UK, Middle East)
- Proven ability to negotiate and close B2B deals with distributors, e-commerce platforms, or retailers
- Experience working with product registration, customs, or regulatory processes is a plus.
Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Bahasa or Mandarin is a bonus)
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and presentation skills
- Self-driven, able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, founder-led, high-growth company
- Willing to travel regionally if needed
