Job Description

The Regional Business Development Manager ensures business targets and trade marketing goals are met by collaborating with distributors. You will execute business plans, manage topline KPIs, and grow the regional portfolio through product, category, or geographic expansion. The objective is to drive sustainable growth by boosting sales, expanding distribution, and building strong distributor relationships.

  • Partner with distributors to manage and grow key account business.
  • Manage business execution plans within approved budgets.
  • Lead execution of all market-specific programs and marketing calendars.
  • Implement business programs approved by the Group.
  • Manage and implement approved trade marketing plans.
  • Provide regular execution and status updates to key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market checks for stock availability, competitor pricing, and industry trends.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 6+ years in key account management within consumer industries.
  • Mandatory trade marketing experience for consumer products.
  • Experience with product launches is highly preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record in managing financial and P&L data.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
