Responsibilities
- Develop and manage long-term client relationships within the area of ERP software or supply chain solutions
- Engage with organisations to understand cross-border operational challenges and identify opportunities for improvement
- Translate business and regulatory requirements into practical, technology-driven solution concepts
- Collaborate with regional and global teams including consulting, product, and implementation functions
- Participate in both strategic discussions with senior stakeholders and support operational-level engagements
- Contribute to market development initiatives and strengthen presence across Singapore and Southeast Asia
- Stay informed on developments in digital trade, customs processes, and logistics technologies
Requirements
- Experience in business development, sales, or solution consulting within enterprise software, ERP, or supply chain environments
- Understanding of international trade systems, logistics flows, or cross-border operations
- Ability to connect operational business needs with technology-based solutions
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across different functions and seniority levels
- Comfortable working in an international and cross-cultural environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to take ownership and manage responsibilities independently
