Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and secure new customers for air and ocean freight, warehousing, and logistics services to expand business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to increase wallet share, ensure client retention, and serve as the primary contact for key accounts
- Develop and execute sales plans that achieve or exceed revenue, volume, and gross profit targets
- Analyze client supply chain requirements and collaborate with operational teams to design and deliver customized logistics solutions that meet client needs
