Join a multi-cultural digital transformation team as a Regional Banking Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementation of platforms that support Banking products/services of Trade Finance, Payments, Loans, Current & Savings.
Responsibilities:
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications
- Lead workshops with stakeholders in English & Korean
- Coordinate requirements, user flows, and data models aligned with banking product releases
- Support system design, UAT, training, and project closure phases
- Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams, with occasional travel to Seoul
- Engage with external vendors, act on feedback, and ensure requirements are met on time
Requirements:
- Proven BA capabilities on banking or trade/lending platforms
- Effective in Korean and English (verbal & written)
- Ready to travel/work onsite in Seoul when needed
- Based in or willing to relocate to Singapore for the contract
- Able to commit to 6-month initial term (with high potential for long-term extension)
- Experience with platforms serving trade finance, payments, loans, or deposit operations across APAC (nice-to-have)
This is a contract role based in Singapore.
