Regional APAC role driving dealer network growth and aftermarket performance

Your new role

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a global automotive organisation for a Regional Aftersales Network Manager to support the APAC region. This role will be responsible for driving dealer network expansion, improving aftersales performance, and implementing regional strategies across diverse markets.
You will work closely with importer partners and internal stakeholders to enhance operational standards, strengthen dealer capabilities, and deliver sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional dealer network strategies to improve coverage, capability, and performance
  • Partner with importer organisations to identify, evaluate, and onboard new dealers
  • Drive dealer facility upgrades and operational improvements to meet regional standards
  • Monitor and analyse aftermarket and retail KPIs, identifying gaps and implementing corrective actions
  • Lead regional collaboration forums to address performance challenges and share best practices
  • Implement dealer operating standards, processes, and compliance frameworks across markets
  • Support rollout of retail initiatives, systems, and tools to improve workshop and business efficiency
  • Conduct network audits and track improvement plans to ensure continuous development
  • Deliver training programs to enhance importer and dealer capabilities
  • Act as a key regional liaison with global HQ, aligning local execution with global strategy


What you'll need to succeed

  • 7-10 years of experience in automotive aftermarket, dealer development, or network management
  • Strong understanding of dealer and importer operations within the automotive or commercial vehicle industry
  • Demonstrated experience across regional APAC markets in a multinational environment
  • Proven track record in driving dealer performance and network expansion initiatives
  • Experience in dealer standards, audits, and KPI performance management
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across different cultures
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
