Title: APAC Senior Manager Clinical Education

We are currently partnering with a well-established global Medical Device leader to identify talent within Commercial Excellence Analytics. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-visibility APAC regional team, where you will contribute to strategic initiatives through data-driven insights, market intelligence, and commercial optimization projects across multiple business units.|
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead APAC Clinical Education for the General Surgery, Gastrointestinal and Colorectal Surgical business unit, aligned with regional commercial and marketing strategy.
- Drive development and delivery of compliant clinical education, procedural training, and HCP engagement programs.
- Manage a Team regional Clinical Education Professionals while building organizational capability and team performance.
- Partner cross-functionally with Commercial, Marketing, and Global Clinical Affairs teams to support product adoption and business growth.
- Support sales training, congress activities, product evaluations, and clinical feedback collection across APAC markets.
- Monitor program effectiveness, reporting, budgeting, and annual planning activities for the region.
- Requires Therapeutic Area of Experience in the abovementioned disciplines, leadership capabilities, and willingness to travel regionally (40%).
Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in the Medical Device Industry, particularly in the General Surgery, Gastrointestinal and Colorectal Surgical Device
- At least 3 years of experience in Training and Medical Education
- Current or PAST People Leadership experience, though candidates with no formal line management experience are more than welcome to apply
