In this role you will be responsible for...
1. Recruitment demand analysis: According to the employment applications of each department, analyze the recruitment needs, formulate recruitment plans, and ensure that the company&aposs human resources needs are met.
2. Preparation of job descriptions: Responsible for writing and improving job descriptions for each position, clarifying job responsibilities, qualifications and other information.
3. Recruitment information release: Publish recruitment information through various channels to attract suitable candidates.
4. Resume screening and interview arrangement: Screen the resumes received, arrange interviews, and participate in the interview process to evaluate candidates.
5. Recruitment channel management: Maintain and expand recruitment channels, including online recruitment, campus recruitment, headhunting cooperation, etc., to ensure the effectiveness of recruitment channels.
6. Recruitment data statistics and analysis: record the whole recruitment process, regularly track, analyze and summarize the recruitment effect, and continuously improve the recruitment process and efficiency.
7. Employer brand building: Participate in the promotion of the company&aposs employer brand to improve the company&aposs visibility and attractiveness in the talent market.
What You Need To Succeed
1. Bachelor degree or above, with professional knowledge of human resource management, business management and psychology; Professional background in human resource management, business management, and psychology is preferred;
2. 5 years or more of professional experience related to human resource system recruitment in large and medium-sized enterprises;
3. Have strong logical thinking ability, good at analyzing and solving problems, and project management ability is preferred.
4. Have excellent communication and coordination skills, cross-team cooperation experience, and be able to quickly judge problems, give effective suggestions and promote implementation;
5. Have good professional ethics and quality, dedication and love for work, and strong ability to resist pressure.
