We are a centrally located boutique firm experiencing strong growth. As we scale - we are recruiting for a Recruitment Manager to drive sales growth, lead the team and strengthen our systems for the next phase of expansion.
You will be responsibilities for:
Lead, coach, and motivate the recruitment team to achieve sales and performance targets.
Drive business development by securing new clients and growing existing accounts.
Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company growth plans.
Improve recruitment processes and implement best-fit systems/software.
Track and analyze sales and recruitment metrics to optimize performance.
Strengthen employer branding and market presence through initiatives and partnerships.
Coordinate with internal departments to forecast hiring needs and align resources.
Build strong networks with HR professionals, vendors, and industry stakeholders.
Requirements
At least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience (Preferably in the Recruitment Staffing industry)
Proven work experience in Managerial / Supervisory level
Strong business acumen, analytical skills and use of data to advice on key business insights
