We are looking for passionate individuals and experienced recruiters to join our team as Recruitment Manager / Assistant Manager.
Job Highlights:
Basic Salary $4000 to $5000, with uncapped Monthly Commission.

Responsibilities:
Drive sales results through proactive client sourcing, precise candidate matching, and consistent placement closures.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to offers, ensuring efficient and timely hiring processes.
Partner with BD Team and hiring managers to understand the specific hiring needs and job requirements.
Proactively source candidates through various channels, including social media and networking, to build a strong pool of talent.
Review resumes, engage with potential candidates, and ensure a good match for each role.
Maintain clear and open communication with hiring managers to keep them updated on sourcing progress.
Provide regular, timely reports on sourcing activity and results, ensuring alignment with hiring targets.
Tracks and meets hiring targets, with an emphasis on quality and timely placement.
Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.
Contribute ideas to improve sourcing strategies and candidate engagement.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
O or A Level, Diploma or Degree in any discipline from recognized institutions
Possessed at least two to three years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience
A friendly and outgoing personality
Self-driven, great problem-solving skills, attention to details
