Job Description

We are looking for passionate individuals and experienced recruiters to join our team as Recruitment Manager / Assistant Manager.

Job Highlights:

  • Basic Salary $4000 to $5000, with uncapped Monthly Commission.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales results through proactive client sourcing, precise candidate matching, and consistent placement closures.

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to offers, ensuring efficient and timely hiring processes.

  • Partner with BD Team and hiring managers to understand the specific hiring needs and job requirements.

  • Proactively source candidates through various channels, including social media and networking, to build a strong pool of talent.

  • Review resumes, engage with potential candidates, and ensure a good match for each role.

  • Maintain clear and open communication with hiring managers to keep them updated on sourcing progress.

  • Provide regular, timely reports on sourcing activity and results, ensuring alignment with hiring targets.

  • Tracks and meets hiring targets, with an emphasis on quality and timely placement.

  • Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.

  • Contribute ideas to improve sourcing strategies and candidate engagement.

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

  • O or A Level, Diploma or Degree in any discipline from recognized institutions

  • Possessed at least two to three years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience

  • A friendly and outgoing personality

  • Self-driven, great problem-solving skills, attention to details
