Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer management
- Partner with hiring managers and agencies to ensure timely hiring and positive candidate experience
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes including documentation, system setup, and clearance
- Organise training programmes, manage funding applications, and track learning outcomes
- Support internship programmes and university engagement activities including outreach and events
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal communications to support workplace culture
- Maintain HR systems, employee records, and digital workflows for data accuracy and efficiency
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards using Excel and support basic workforce data analysis and KPI tracking
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or related field
- 2-5 years of relevant HR experience
