Basic salary: $2,500/month + performance incentives
About us
Voyage Wealth Advisory is a fast-growing financial advisory division representing AIA FA Singapore Pte Ltd. We are scaling our advisory team significantly over the next two years, and recruitment is the engine behind that growth. You will sit at the centre of it.
The role
You own the top of our recruitment funnel. From sourcing and screening candidates through to getting them in front of our leaders, you make sure the pipeline is always full and always moving. This is a people-facing, targets-driven role suited to someone who enjoys talking to people all day and hates letting a lead go cold.
What you'll do
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and campus or community channels
- Screen applications and conduct first-round phone and video calls
- Book and coordinate interviews and career preview sessions with our leadership team
- Maintain the candidate pipeline and tracker; follow up so no candidate falls through
- Support candidates through the onboarding and licensing process after they say yes
- Work with our marketing on recruitment campaigns and job ad copy
- Report weekly on pipeline numbers, conversion, and source performance
What we're looking for
- Strong communicator, comfortable calling strangers and holding a conversation
- Organised and follow-up disciplined; you track things without being chased
- Comfortable with numbers and simple pipeline reporting
- Prior recruitment, sales, telemarketing, HR, or customer-facing experience is an advantage but not required
- Able to work independently while staying close to the leadership team
- Diploma or degree preferred
