Job Summary:
Responsible for end-to-end spectrum of hiring activities and updating candidates on the interview outcome and recruitment process.
Work with clients to define necessary requirements for open roles.
Source for active and passive candidates.
Place qualified candidates in a timely manner and ensure that pre-onboarding processes are completed promptly.
Requirements:
Those without relevant experience are welcome to apply.
Experience in headhunting, client acquisition, business development will be an advantage.
Successful candidates are required to attain a Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI)
Good communication, interpersonal and persuasion abilities.
Able to handle sensitive matters with tact and discretion.
Good attention to detail, sense of urgency and follow-up skills.
Good time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple roles independently.
