Position: Sales Consultant

Department: Perm Placement or Contract Placement Team
Position Overview
- Business Development: Use websites, LinkedIn, social media, and events to find new clients and job seekers.
- Talk to hiring managers to understand what kind of people they need for their teams.
- Handle everything from posting job ads to interviewing and helping with job offers.
- Arrange and confirm interview times, and keep communication smooth.
- Support the onboarding process to make sure new employees settle in smoothly.
- Track and report on hiring progress and recruitment activities.
- Meet KPI sales
