Recruitment Consultant (Junior / Senior Positions Available)

What You'll Do:

Client Relationship Management: Building strong relationships with clients and understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.

Candidate Sourcing and Management: Posting jobs is just the warm-up. The real game Tracking down top talent, sliding into LinkedIn inboxes, and convincing passive candidates why they should even consider a move. Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Screening & Interviewing: Separating the looks good on paper from the actually can deliver. We ask the right questions, read between the lines, and figure out who's the real deal.

Closing the Deal (Offer & Negotiation): When it's offer time, we step in to make sure both sides walk away happy, or at least very satisfied.

Hitting Targets: The role is performance-driven, and the scoreboard is always on. It's fast-paced, competitive, and definitely not for the faint-hearted.
