Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and job requirements.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, networking, referrals, etc.).
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to job offer and placement.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Provide advice to both clients and candidates on market trends, salaries, and career development.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities in the company's database/CRM system.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proven experience in recruitment, HR, or sales (agency experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Target-driven, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiar with using digital platforms and social media for recruitment.
  • Must possess CEI certificates

  • Deliver high-quality candidates that match client requirements.
