Our consulting team is the most experienced in the region, with many of our directors celebrating 15+ years with Kerry this year. With almost 100 employees (and counting) across function and industry specialisms, we directly influence and transform lives for our candidates and clients every day.

With continued success, we are looking to fortify our already outstanding teams in the following desk specialisations:

• Commerce Finance & Accounting
• Commerce Sales & Marketing
• Healthcare and Life Sciences
• Legal (Compliance, Private Practice & Interim)
• Financial Services (Front Office, Insurance, Marketing & Communications)
• Technology (Cybersecurity)
• Energy & Commodities

Responsibilities

• Talent advisor: Advise clients on talent acquisition and management strategies, develop a specialist proposition and talent pool to effectively engage with clients etc.
• Career advisor: Evaluate candidate's aspirations/ goals and provide value added advice on potential opportunities, provide thorough support to candidates ranging from interviews to offer management etc.
• Team collaborator: Contribute to team initiatives that help to build your brand, including networking sessions, marketing collaterals etc.
• Business developer: Identify new business opportunities, establish relationships, manage and grow your client portfolio

Qualifications

Ideally, you will have:

• 1 to 6 years of post-graduate experience
• A proven track record within fast-paced and service-oriented industries
• A propensity to build strong relationships with people
• Drive for developing your career in an entrepreneurial environment
• An engaging and tenacious disposition
• A high level of integrity
• Excellent communication skills
