Your Role:

• Talent Advisor:Guide clients on strategic talent acquisition and management within accounting, finance, and strategy functions.
• Career Advisor:Provide candidates with tailored career advice, from evaluating aspirations to managing offers and onboarding.
• Business Development:Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and expand your portfolio.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience:Minimum of 3 years in a relevant field, with a preference for backgrounds in fast-paced industries like commodities or Big 4 firms.
• Skills:Highly driven, entrepreneurial spirit, exceptional communication, and a knack for relationship building.
