Talent Sourcing
Identify, engage, and secure candidates aligned with specific hiring criteria.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies and candidate management processes to consistently deliver top-tier talent.
Leverage diverse sourcing tools and platforms to identify suitable candidates.
Screen, qualify, and negotiate with high-potential candidates based on organizational fit and hiring prerequisites.
Communicate with candidates and stakeholders through various channels to facilitate engagement (telephone, email, text message, video calls, face-to-face, etc.).
Foster and maintain a robust network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
Arrange candidate interviews with internal and/or external stakeholders.
Craft and disseminate targeted job advertisements to attract qualified candidates.
Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to comprehend hiring requisites, actively participating in relevant meetings (e.g., client briefs).
Lead candidate sourcing initiatives to continuously improve and scale our recruiting operations and results.
Requirements:
6 months to 2 years of experience as a 360 recruitment consultant, encompassing both business development and talent sourcing.
Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese to engage effectively with Chinese-speaking clients and candidates.
Experience in technology recruitment
Demonstrated ability to engage confidently with senior external stakeholders for business development purposes.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and adeptness with Boolean search techniques.
Experience with Permanent recruitment.
Fluency in spoken and written English.
Talent sourcing exposure within Asia-Pacific.
Familiarity with technology recruitment across diverse industries.
Well networked in the technology recruitment scene with clients and candidates
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
