The Role
As a Technology Recruitment Consultant, you'll become a true specialist in the fast-paced and ever-evolving tech industry.
You will be responsible for talent search and management and place them in key roles with our clients. This isn't just about filling vacancies its about understanding clients and talent needs, and building long-term partnerships.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Business Development: Proactively generating new business opportunities by identifying and engaging with companies in the technology sector.
- Client Management: Building and nurturing strong relationships with hiring managers and HR teams to understand their hiring needs and company culture.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilizing a variety of channels, including our internal database, job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract and screen
- Recruitment Process Management: Guiding candidates and clients through the entire recruitment process, from initial interviews to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Market Intelligence: Staying up-to-date with the latest trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring demands within the technology landscape.

- Previous experience in sales, business development, or a similar target-driven role is a plus, but not required.
