Job Description

Reponsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job briefing to candidate placement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand hiring needs
  • Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, and networking
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability
  • Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
  • Provide guidance on salary benchmarking and hiring trends
  • Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process
  • Maintain accurate records in recruitment systems

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales and negotiation abilities
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Familiarity of recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS)
  • CEI certified preferred
