Job Scope

• Client management - building relationships, understanding hiring needs, and providing recruitment solutions.
• Candidate sourcing - attracting, headhunting, and screening potential candidates.
• Recruitment process - coordinating interviews, giving feedback, and ensuring smooth placements.
• Negotiation & advisory - managing offers, salary discussions, and providing market insights.
• Business development - expanding client base and maintaining long-term partnerships.

Job Requirement

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and candidates.
• Sales-driven mindset with ability to achieve targets and KPIs.
• Good negotiation and influencing skills.
