Job Description
We are seeking a driven and professional Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, and ensuring compliance with all MOM (Ministry of Manpower) licensing and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and placement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand hiring needs and provide suitable talent solutions.
- Advise clients and candidates on MOM regulations, work pass eligibility, and employment laws in Singapore.
- Prepare and manage recruitment documentation in accordance with EA (Employment Agency) guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records and uphold professional ethical standards in all recruitment activities.
- Contribute to team goals and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Diploma or higher qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Must have passed the following mandatory exams:
KAH (Key Appointment Holder) Exam
BASIC Employment Agency Examination - Registered or eligible to be registered under MOM Employment Agency Personnel Licence (EA Personnel ID).
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment or HR-related experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients).
- High sense of responsibility, professionalism, and compliance awareness.
