We are seeking a driven and professional Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, and ensuring compliance with all MOM (Ministry of Manpower) licensing and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and placement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand hiring needs and provide suitable talent solutions.
  • Advise clients and candidates on MOM regulations, work pass eligibility, and employment laws in Singapore.
  • Prepare and manage recruitment documentation in accordance with EA (Employment Agency) guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records and uphold professional ethical standards in all recruitment activities.
  • Contribute to team goals and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Diploma or higher qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Must have passed the following mandatory exams:
    KAH (Key Appointment Holder) Exam
    BASIC Employment Agency Examination
  • Registered or eligible to be registered under MOM Employment Agency Personnel Licence (EA Personnel ID).
  • Minimum 1 year of recruitment or HR-related experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients).
  • High sense of responsibility, professionalism, and compliance awareness.
